Games created, invites to Team Leaders going out tonight. Since I have not enough slots to host 3 Privates, I needed to swap Bluesbrothers Racing to Group 1 with Blue Wizards to Group 2

Grid filled for 2025, thanks everyone. Here is your initial update involving some work/communication amongst the teammates before we go ahead mid October

Kindly revert to me until Oct 8th with the Team names you want to use
and your pick on chassis/engine/tires per rules for Round 1 below. Once
I have all Team Decisions, www.random.org
will decide the groups.
The series will have 5 seasons this year and it
covers all 4 classes. We start with GTS class, followed by GT in Round2. Five
seasons in such a competitive grid is a tough challenge, each point counts. For
the fun to play, the series will differ a bit from standard LMES and not allow
standard car/DC choices. All suppliers and DC must communicate by PM to the
host before season starts. This should prevent some teams waiting to see
choices of others
1. First 4 rounds are Qualifying
for The Final. Starting Groups will be chosen via www.random.org
2. Point system: Standard LMES Points, aggregate count of Rounds 1 to 4. The
Final (Round 5) will start from scratch, each team will have 0 points at start
3. Car options for classes
Note: each TEAM has ONE single
WILDCARD option to replace the given chassis, when used it is ticked off!
- Round 1 in GTS: Each team MUST
use LODGE or LANTORINO chassis (Wildcard: TOYOTA)
- Round 2 in GT: Each team MUST
use BMW 03 or BMW 04 (Wildcard: LANTORINO)
- Round 3 in LMP1: Each team
MUST use DANOS or LEICESTER (Wildcard: AUDI or TETLEY subject to availibility)
- Round 4 in LMP2: Each team
MUST use HELTER/POGO or TILLGREN/MANTRA (Wildcard: XITECH)
- Round 5 The Final in LMP1:
Each team MUST use DALLAMA or XITECH (Wildcard: McGUNNAGE)
5. Tires: You MUST use different
tires in each round! Teams can decide WHEN to use WHICH! Options are
Llanelli, Coco, Mitchell, Donelap, Yokouno. Rounds 1 & 2 will be without
any Wildcard! For Rounds 3-5 each team has a Wildcard to use GOODYEAR tires oNCE)
6. Driver Characteristics: The
game offers 17 different DCs, but THINKER and CHARISMA are both unavailable in
the whole contest! The remaining 15 different DCs must be used ONLY ONCE across
all Seasons! This means ALL remaining DCs must be used, even Bender and Lucky
5. Groups/Teams per class - Groups for Rounds 2
to 4 will be re-allocated by ranking - at season end the lowest ranked teams on
aggregate count will be knocked out (regardless of group)

Worth to note:
DRIVERS title is not your key target; you need to rely on your teammate. If
someone really has obligations outside of BAT and needs a sabbatical during the
series, please inform your teammate and the host. I will ensure that a
replacement will be found swiftly. Team names should be unchanged throughout
contest and at least one driver must finish all 5 rounds (if both drivers need
to be replaced, the team will be kicked from the game).

Up for another LMES Team Challenge?
This will be mid-October business, make
sure you’ll have a free private slot by then. Preparing such Event simply takes
a bit of time. If you have a teammate – fine. If not, I’ll put you down for “the
Market” and we’ll find a suitable partner. For the fun to play, the series will

Depending on number of Teams on the grid. The series will have Knockouts after Rounds 2 to 4 to shrink the field down to the 10 best ranked teams to play Round 5 The Final. Series #11 started with 21 teams, series #10 with 24 teams. Can we repeat this great interest?
