CONCEPT

changes vs previous seasons (subject to discussion)
this time we will be playing top down from LMP1 to GT
- knock-out of 2 teams each in round 2&3 (formerly 1 in round 2 and 3 in round 3)
- after rounds 1&2 teams with highest /lowest points are grouped together for next round
- all aggregate points incl. GTS are only valid to reach the Final in GT. The Final round in GT will start from scratch with zero points each team

Round 1: two parallel LMP1 Class games with 10 teams each (knock-out 1 Team each)
-          Round 2: two parallel LMP2 class with 9 teams each (knock-out 2 Team each)
-          Round 3: two parallel GTS with 8 teams each (knock-out 2 teams each)
-          Round 4: a final GT with 10 best teams from both series surviving
*    all your points from LMP1 to GTS will be aggregate/carried forward and knock-outs will be triggered on combined points from LMP1, LMP2 and GTS.

Drivers title is not your key target here, you need to rely on your teammate. Team names must be unchanged throughout contest and at least one driver must finish all 4 rounds (if both drivers need to be replaced, the team will be kicked from the game).

This series should differ a bit from standard LMES series. Therefore I will offer a limited variety of suppliers per round to choose from. Be assured that this will NOT be the usual cherry combos (i.e. Porsche/Porsche/Goodyear won’t be available for GT ). Teams may only participate with combos from the available suppliers.

For Round 1 LMP1 Teams will be allocated randomly to series A or B

If you are interested to participate pls negotiate with a teammate of choice and send me a PM. At this point in time I’d like to exclude double accounting (may not be the final word on it). If someone doesn’t have a teammate pls take a look at my blogspot where you can find other players looking for teammates

Q&A

question by Rome Schihalev and my answer:

In contest points are accumulating or each champ (each class) drives individually?
And what with 2 champs simultaneously: if in GT in first championship last 2 teams have 300 and 320 points, but in second 325 and 360, who will be retire? Teams with 300 and 320 points?
And what you do with balance? (in LMP2 Courage-AER-Goodyear is best and in public games I saw champ only with Courage-AER-Goody (6 identical teams).

- we will have two parallel games (series A & B) first 3 rounds. Starting with GT, then GTS, then LMP2.
- I will give both series a selection of suppliers to use and all teamsmay go for a combo from this selection only. For sure no goodies, yokos, Porsches.....rather the more exotic components
- At the end of GT the teams with lowest points in each series will be knocked out. It may happen that the worst team in series B has more points than the second best team in series A....but thats racing
- All GT points will be carried forward into GTS and GTS points added to GT points. At the end of GTS again teams with lowest points in each series will be knocked out. Lowest points will be AGGREGATE points, not only GTS
- All combined GT/GTS points will be carried forward into LMP2 and same story for knock out (aggregate count). But now we have to be harsh and knock out 3 worst teams each
- All combined GT/GTS/LMP2 points will be carried forward into LMP1, but now we have 10 teams left and will only run one final series. Winner is team with best points on aggregate basis

Teams in Series A & B will not be mixed, once in A you will play A until LMP2. Allocation to A or B will be made completely randomly (like a draw)
